Is it safe to pay by credit card on your site?

Absolutely. We use a Payment Gateway (e-way), which is a service that authorizes and processes payments for online retailers in real-time. It is the equivalent of a physical POS (Point-of-sale) terminal located in most retail outlets. Payment gateways encrypt sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, to ensure that information passes securely between the customer and the merchant.

Do you keep my details secure?

Yes we do. Joli Productions recognizes that our customers value their right to privacy and want to be assured that any personal information that they provide to us will be used in accordance with their wishes. We are committed to ensuring that you are fully informed as to how your personal information will be used and that it will be kept secure. Who has the copyright for the artwork (for the image)?

All images supplied by Joli Productions are copyright to Joli Productions. Joli Productions guarantees that all images are original and do not contravene or impinge on anybody else’s copyright. You are free to photograph your artwork in the surroundings of your home or otherwise, but cannot re-sell the image, use it any commercial application, design, replication or promotion.

Should you have any doubt, please contact Joli Productions who will grant permission for any reasonable use or display of the artwork, where it doesn’t affect their commercial interests. For commercial use of an image, please contact us to negotiate an appropriate license fee. 


How long will it take to get my artwork after I place my order?

We will ship your order to you within 7-10 days. It takes a little while to get it ready as all images are printed to order except Poster Prints, which are in stock. We ship to just about anywhere in the world.
It should take 5-10 days if you are in Australia and will be longer if you are not.

If we do not have your ordered product in stock we will notify you within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order.
How is my shipping cost calculated?

Our delivery calculator works out the weight and size of the image(s) or product(s) you have ordered. It uses the Region being shipped to and Delivery Method selected to determine the shipping costs.

Once you select the Region (country) and your Delivery Method you can view the shipping price.

If you don’t agree with the calculated price, you have the option to cancel the order. If you are happy, continue to the checkout and complete your order or continue shopping.
What if you are not home at the time of delivery?

Most delivery companies will deliver between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
If you are not home to sign for your delivery, they will leave a calling card. You must then telephone and quote your consignment number to arrange another delivery time that is convenient.

Please do not sign any delivery where the goods appear or have obviously been damaged in transit. Unfortunately we will not take responsibility for costs incurred by you for the return if signed for.
Disclaimer:

* Some countries may have taxes or import duty on items entering the country. Joli Productions does not take responsibility for these charges and cannot estimate what they might be.
* It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details when purchasing from us. If you have entered an incorrect address, we are not obliged to resend orders to the correct address at our cost.

What is your refund policy?

Joli Productions operates according to strict quality control guidelines, and follows a 30-day money back guarantee. Under some circumstances we may include a change of mind. Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents. We recommend that you return the product via Australia Post and you must pre pay all return postage, you assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit & we therefore advise you to take out shipment registration or insurance with Australia Post. For International customers we would recommend using a traceable method such as registered post.

Joli Productions reserves the right to refuse to accept and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have ‘More To Pay’ stamped on them.

How to make a return or exchange

Please include a copy of the original invoice OR provide the original order details such as order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone number. Make a note of the exchanges or refunds you require.
We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to our return address.

If you want to add items to your exchange, above the price of the original order, we will also need your credit card details. This is because we use a secure Payment Gateway (e-way), a real time third party card clearing service and we cannot see your card details from the original sale.

If you would like us to send a replacement item quickly, please place an order via our website, noting in the comments that it is an ‘exchange’. The exchange item will be billed and sent immediately and your card will be credited for the exchange item when we receive it.
